The Booster Club had a busy night at our meeting December 8th.  We had a great Open House and membership dinner.  There were a few new members signed up, some clothes sold and a great dinner was served.  Thanks to LeAnne DeFrance for buying the groceries and cooking.  Thanks to all who helped serve, greet and clean-up. 

We are looking at getting some new uniforms, ordering some new clothing to sell, helping Skills U.S.A. get to Havre in March, preparing for the Steak Feed on January 23, 2010 during our home game against Shields Valley and providing the food for the hospitality room for the Girl's Jr. High Basketball Tournament on January 16, 2010.  Anyone who would like to bring something or help with these events please contact Brandi Moe or Ann Hokanson.  We can use all the help we can get.

We have proposed an amendment to our by-laws.  Article VI Procedure:  reads currently:

All expenditures will be brought up for approval at the next meeting.  A vote can take place at any meeting at which a quorum is present.  A quorum shall consist of 7 members.  A majority vote of the members present shall be required for the approval of expenditures over $250. 

Proposed Amendment:

These bylaws may be amended at any meeting of this organization at which a quorum is present.  A quorum shall consist of 7 members.  A majority vote of the members present shall be required for the passage of the amendment.  Proposed Amendments must be posted 30 days before the next meeting.
