Situated near the base of the scenic Tobacco Root Mountains, Harrison is a beautiful location to live and work. The school serves the three communities of Harrison, Norris, and Pony, MT. The location accommodates people who like a small school atmosphere within a short drive of some of Montana's larger cities. Harrison is 50 miles from both Butte and Bozeman, 85 miles from the state capitol of Helena, and just over two hours from Missoula, Billings, and Great Falls. Lewis and Clark Caverns and Harrison Lake are a few minutes away, and we are less than 100 miles from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

Offering a broad curriculum in a small school environment with a full slate of extra-curricular activities, Harrison is a dream come true for those seeking strong academics with a personal flair. Current enrollment is 105 for K-12. With an average class size of 10 students. We offer courses in all core subjects with electives in Industrial Technology, Business, Spanish, Art, Music, English, Science, Math, Social Studies, Physical Education, and Computer Technology. Advanced placement courses are offered in Science and English. Dual enrollment courses are offered in mathematics for college credit. We consistently score above state and national standards on testing and annually make the requirements for the No Child Left Behind Act.
